The purpose of this project is to improve the usability of the submission process.

We need a better process for handling code submissions that makes it easy to merge submissions into a "main" project, where applicable, and to merge submissions from different subprojects in order to do compatibility testing, etc.

FOSS Factory already allows each project to have its own Git repository hosted on FF's server.   As an alternative, it should allow an outside repository to be associated with the project.

When a submission is accepted, the PL should be provided an easy web interface for doing the merge (at their option).   Alternately, they could do the merge using the command-line.
