Add an optional lock on the project lead position so that the position can't be bought out by wealthy participants.
Whenever the lead position is locked, an icon should be prominently displayed on the project page. Hovering or clicking on the icon should provide an explanation of what it means.
The current project lead should be able to toggle the lock at any time.
