Visual indication (transparency) for cut icons.
See the longstanding bug at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47948
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Right-click on a desktop icon, and select "Cut"
* ACTUAL RESULTS:
The icon does not become opaque, as it would on Windows. Might this confuse
Windows users, to wonder if the Cut operation failed?
So if we can make the selected icons which were 'cut' or 'copied' transparent, as found in other GUIs, the feedback to the user for these actions would be improved.
When the selection is pasted the transparency should be kept in place on the icons involved until the user clicks somewhere else.
Also if the user doesn't paste but clicks something else, the selection should be changed.
