Create Alpha Release
The first task will be to bring http://drupal.org/project/media to an initial alpha release. For this to be done, at least the following issues will need to be completed, and any others determined during the planned sprint to be critical.

To accomplish this, we plan to have a code sprint in June, and will need to fly Jon Stacey to Cambridge, MA for this sprint. Additionally, depending on availability and interest we'll want to bring at least Arthur Foelsche, Andrew Morton, Darrel O'Pry, Alex Urevick-Ackelsberg and myself there. All funds for this subproject will be used towards this.
