1. Pending (no submission has been made yet)
2. submitted (a submission has been made only)
3. approved (a submission has been accepted)
4. completed (money has been paid out.. project no longer accepts submissions)
the RGB of the colors must be determined
the colors must be implemented in
1. the related box
2. show in the subprojects/bugs tab
3. on the project page itself (the box)
