Project Lead Inheritance
Add a checkbox when creating new subprojects that gives the creator the option not to be project lead.

Add a checkbox when creating new subprojects that gives the creator the option not to be project lead.
If the checkbox is selected, then the project lead of the parent project automatically becomes the project lead of the subproject.
If the checkbox is selected, then the project lead of the parent project automatically becomes the project lead of the subproject.
