Show the how much was paid to the successful submitter of a completed project, and announce the payment event to anyone watching the project.
Currently if someone submits code and gets paid for their submission, no one knows about it. The project page currently shows who was paid and when, but it doesn't show how much they were paid. Also, when the payment occurs, no emails are sent out.
The purpose of this project is to fix those two things. A general email should be sent to whoever is watching the project. Also, a special email with payment details should be sent to the submitter. The special email should describe any fees or deductions that occurred as part of the payment.
